Exclusive funded trader interview with Elvinas Jarmolis: Uncover Funding Frontier success strategies, prop firm challenge tips, and NY session tactics from this top trader’s journey.

Meet, Elvinas Jarmolis a Funded Trader with Funding Frontier. Discover how Elvinas and other traders secured funding and gain insights and tips for a successful trading journey.

Please introduce yourself: Who you are, your age, where you are from, and what you do for a living.

Hello, my name is Elvinas Jarmolis. I’m 26 years old, from Eastern Europe, Lithuania. I work a regular job at a transportation company as technical support.

How did you get introduced or start trading?

I heard about trading a long time ago, but I never tried it until my friend started posting information about it. Interestingly, he was a student of Raja Banks. That piqued my interest, and I began to learn more about Raja Banks and his methods. When Raja posted about Funding Frontier a few times, I decided to look into it, and that’s how my trading journey began.

Do you have any hobbies and what do you enjoy outside of trading? Do you find that these hobbies benefit your trading? Please elaborate.

Yes, I have a couple of hobbies. One of them is going to the gym, and another is walking my dogs. These activities help me take a break from trading and reset my mind. The physical activity from the gym and the relaxation from walking my dogs help me to clear my head and stay focused when I return to trading.

What is your trading routine?

My trading routine starts after my night shift job. I trade during the NY session, which is the afternoon for me. Before trading, I go to the gym, come home, complete my post-gym routine, and then have a two-hour trading session. After trading, I walk my dog and then prepare for my night shift.

What are your goals with funded trading?

My goal with funded trading is to stay with the prop firm as long as possible and use the profits to fund my personal account. This is the best prop firm I’ve experienced so far, and I want to leverage this opportunity to grow my trading capital.

Do you have a trading plan in place, and do you strictly follow it? Please elaborate.

Yes, I have a trading plan that I follow. However, as humans, we sometimes lose control. It happens to all of us, but I try my best to stick to my plan strictly. Having a structured approach helps me stay disciplined and focused.

How would you describe your trading style?

I consider myself a day trader who trades during session volume times and looks for entry confirmations. This method has worked well for me as it aligns with my schedule and trading goals.

What was the most challenging obstacle in your trading journey?

The most challenging obstacle was finding a proper mentor and, most importantly, staying disciplined.

What did you find easier, the FUNDING FRONTIER Challenge or the Verification phase? Share your thoughts.

Both phases had their own challenges, but sticking to my plan and maintaining discipline helped me succeed in both.

How would you rate your experience with FUNDING FRONTIER?

I’ve said multiple times that this is the best experience so far. The payouts are quick, and the support team is amazing. They are always ready to help and provide excellent service.

What advice would you give to other traders attempting the FUNDING FRONTIER Challenge?

Stay disciplined and follow your plan. Consistency and discipline are key to succeeding in trading.

Do you plan to take another FUNDING FRONTIER Challenge to manage even bigger capital?

Yes, I definitely plan to take another Funding Frontier Challenge to manage even bigger capital.

Describe your best trade.

My best trade was a 120-pip full position on gold. It was a significant achievement and a confidence booster for me.

What is the number one piece of advice you would give to a new trader?

Treat losses as expenses and try to minimize them over time. Stay disciplined because it’s the most important aspect of trading.

How did you first hear about FUNDING FRONTIER?

I heard about Funding Frontier from Raja Banks.

Can you describe your risk management plan?

If I enter a trade and set a stop loss, I am prepared to lose that amount. If the price moves against my direction, I close 50% of the position and let the rest run until it hits the stop loss. In my strategies, I never have a stop loss of more than 20 pips.
