The 2-Step Challenge is the most popular evaluation format in the prop trading industry, offering traders a balanced approach to funded trading. This evaluation model combines thorough assessment with achievable targets to help serious traders gain access to professional capital.
Our 2-Step evaluation consists of two consecutive phases with decreasing profit targets - 7.5% for Phase 1 and a lower 5% for Phase 2. This structured approach helps traders progressively demonstrate their skills while providing flexibility with higher drawdown limits than single-phase evaluations.
With its moderate risk parameters and no time limits, the 2-Step Challenge is perfect for traders who prefer a methodical approach to proving their trading abilities while receiving more generous risk parameters to execute their strategies effectively.
Your balanced path to funded trading in 5 simple steps
Select from $5K to $200K based on your trading confidence and experience level. Pick your preferred trading platform - Platform 5 or Match-Trader.
Trade for a minimum of 3 days while working toward the 7.5% profit target. Maintain risk management within the 5% daily and 10% overall drawdown limits.
Once Phase 1 is complete, move on to Phase 2 with a reduced 5% profit target. Continue trading with the same drawdown parameters for at least 3 trading days.
After successfully completing both evaluation phases, you'll receive access to your funded account with the same trading parameters as during the evaluation.
Enjoy regular profit distributions with up to 90% profit splits. Continue trading with increasingly higher account sizes as you prove your consistency.
