Meet Daniel, a Funded Trader with Funding Frontier.
Find out how Daniel and other traders secured funding and get insights and tips for a successful trading journey.

Please introduce yourself: Who are you, your age, where are you from and what do you do?
I am Daniel, I am 31 years old, I am from Spain, and I am dedicated to trading and investments.

How did you get into or start trading?
Ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated by the stock market. Over the years, my interest grew, and I began to educate myself about trading. I started by reading books, attending seminars, and practicing with virtual trading platforms. Gradually, I gained the confidence and knowledge to start trading professionally.

Do you have any hobbies and what do you enjoy outside of trading? Do you think these hobbies benefit your trading? Please elaborate.
I enjoy spending time in nature, playing sports, and being with my family. These activities help me to disconnect from the stresses of trading, clear my mind, and recharge my energy. The balance and mental clarity I get from these hobbies positively impact my trading performance by keeping me focused and calm.

What is your trading routine?
On Sundays, I conduct a weekly analysis and forecast for the coming week. During the week, I monitor the market, waiting for the price to reach my predetermined zones to execute trades or place orders. This routine helps me stay organized and prepared for various market conditions.

What are your goals with funded trading?
My goal with funded trading is to grow my trading capital and expand into managing more accounts.

Do you have a trading plan and do you follow it strictly? Please elaborate.
Yes, I follow my trading plan strictly. My strategy revolves around order blocks and liquidity zones. Following my plan ensures consistency and discipline in my trading, which are crucial for long-term success.

How would you describe your trading style?

I would say my trading style leans towards institutional trading. I analyze the movements of large financial institutions and use that information to guide my trading decisions.

What was the most challenging obstacle in your trading journey?
The psychological aspect of trading has been the most challenging obstacle for me. Managing emotions, staying disciplined, and maintaining a positive mindset, especially during losing streaks, has been a continuous learning process.

Which was easier for you, the FUNDING FRONTIER challenge or the verification phase? Share your thoughts.

The verification phase was easier for me. By that time, I had already adapted to the rules and expectations of the challenge, which made the verification process smoother and more manageable.

How would you rate your experience with FUNDING FRONTIER?
I would rate my experience with FUNDING FRONTIER as a 7. The platform has been supportive and beneficial in helping me secure funding and grow as a trader, though there is always room for improvement.

What advice would you give to other traders attempting the FUNDING FRONTIER challenge?
I would advise other traders to focus on good risk management and psychological management. It’s essential to have a solid trading plan, stick to it, and remain disciplined and patient throughout the process.

Are you planning to take another FUNDING FRONTIER challenge to handle even bigger capital?
Yes, I will probably take another FUNDING FRONTIER challenge in the future to manage even larger capital and continue improving my trading abilities.

What is the number one piece of advice you would give to a new trader?
My top advice for a new trader is to learn a reliable method, work diligently on discipline, and focus on the psychological aspects of trading. Mastering these areas will provide a strong foundation.

How did you first hear about FUNDING FRONTIER?
I first heard about FUNDING FRONTIER from a friend who had a positive experience with them and recommended them to me.

Can you describe your risk management plan?

My risk management plan involves risking no more than 1% per trade. If I encounter consecutive losses, I reduce my risk by half to minimize potential drawdowns. This approach helps me protect my capital and stay in the game for the long term.
