Discover how Muhammad and other traders secured funding and gain insights and tips for a successful trading journey.

Please introduce yourself: Who are you, your age, where you are from, and what you do for a living?
My name is Muhammad Sareer Khan. I’m 22 years old, from District Buner, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. I’m currently a student and a funded trader.

How did you get introduced to trading?
I started trading in 2023 after developing a strong interest in the financial markets. I was fascinated by price movements and wanted to learn how to trade professionally.

Do you have any hobbies, and what do you enjoy outside of trading? Do you find that these hobbies benefit your trading?
Yes, I enjoy playing football. It helps me stay active, focused, and mentally refreshed, which improves my discipline and emotional control during trading.

What is your trading routine?
I usually take 2 to 3 trades a day. I analyze the market in the morning, focusing mainly on gold and euro pairs. I wait for high-probability setups and stick strictly to my trading plan.

What are your goals with funded trading?
My goal is to grow consistently as a trader, increase my funded capital over time, and eventually become a full-time professional trader.

Do you have a trading plan in place, and do you strictly follow it?
Yes, I follow a strict trading plan that includes entry and exit rules, risk management, and daily trade limits. I avoid overtrading and focus on quality setups only.

How would you describe your trading style?
I am a day trader. I look for short-term price movements, mainly in gold and euro pairs, and close my trades within the same day.

What was the most challenging obstacle in your trading journey?
Managing emotions during drawdowns and avoiding overtrading were my biggest challenges. Discipline and patience were essential to overcome them.

What did you find easier: the Funding Frontier Challenge or the Verification phase?
I found the Verification phase easier. After completing the Challenge, I was able to trade with more confidence and less pressure.

How would you rate your experience with Funding Frontier?
My experience with Funding Frontier has been excellent. The process was smooth, and I really appreciate the opportunity they provide to traders.

What advice would you give to other traders attempting the Funding Frontier Challenge?
Stay disciplined, stick to your plan, and avoid overtrading. Focus on quality over quantity and always manage your risk strictly.

Do you plan to take another Funding Frontier Challenge to manage even bigger capital?
Yes, I plan to take another challenge in the future to scale up and manage a larger account.

Describe your best trade.
One of my best trades was on gold, where I caught a major move based on my analysis. The trade hit my take profit perfectly with minimal drawdown.

What is the number one piece of advice you would give to a new trader?
Don’t overtrade. Patience and discipline are more important than taking too many trades. Focus on learning and improving every day.

How did you first hear about Funding Frontier?
I discovered Funding Frontier through social media while researching prop firms and trading opportunities.

Can you describe your risk management plan?
I never risk more than 2% of my account on a single trade. I always use a stop-loss and plan my trades carefully to protect my capital.
